Question:
Hi. So I was a dummie and bought my edge from a guy online he said it was ready to use and its not. I gave 150 bucks for it. It dont work. The guy is not getting back with me. Is there anyway I can get this thing linked to my truck? I will pay for what ever fees I need to pay.

The Edge tuners, like the Edge Diesel Evolution CTS3 Performance Tuner, part # EP79YR, when programmed, is locked to that vehicle's VIN. In order to pair it to a different vehicle you first have to reprogram the original vehicle back to stock. This is done so people cannot sell the Edge's tunes or give their tunes away to friends. If you do not have access to the original vehicle you have to do the following, get the serial number of your unit, be near a computer, and contact Edge directly. Edge will be able to remotely reset your Edge tuner.
I have included a product description link and a video review link below.
