Question:

The hot side handle of my faucet came off and think the plastic where it attaches to the base is broken. you have a replacement faucet that is very similar. My camper is a Grey Wolf approximately a 2017 model. Your LaSalle Bristol Utopia brushed nickel is similar, but shorter in height. Would you have a pull down faucet that is 16inch overall height from counter top to top of faucet? The distance from counter to bottom of pull down end is 7 3/ Also is this normal to have the handle just pop off? I see a spring and black cup shaped rubber or plastic piece under the spring. The camper was just sitting and not used for the last 6 months. Do you think your replacement faucet is a better quality than the one normally installed at the factory? I appreciate any help you can provide.

I may have a solution for you, but we don't have any faucets I'm seeing that are exactly 16" tall; however the LaSalle Bristol Utopia RV Kitchen Faucet w/ Pull Down Spout - Dual Teacup Handle - Brushed Nickel # 34427830001BNAF is 14-3/8" tall so the difference is fairly small.

The next tallest option would be the Flow Max RV Kitchen Faucet w/ Pull Down Spout - Single Lever Handle - Stainless Steel # LC719323 which is 19" tall but does have a different mounting method than the LaSalle Bristol.

Both of these options would be faucets with quality that you might find in your home, so I do believe that you'll find them to be quality replacement parts; check out some of the ratings on the LaSalle Bristol faucets especially. I wouldn't say that a handle coming off is normal but it's not unheard of and I believe you'll be happy with the quality of these replacement options.
