To know if your vehicle is capable of flat towing you'll have to read your owner's manual. There are very specific instructions to follow if it is flat towable to ensure the safety of your vehicle. From what I can find in the online owner's manual "You can tow your 2.7L EcoBoost or 3.5L (6F50 or 6F55) equipped vehicle with all four wheels on the ground" but none other are listed so I recommend reaching out to Ford. If it is capable you'll need a tow bar, tow bar wiring kit, base plate, braking system, and safety cables. I have the following recommendations for you below:
Tow Bar: Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000lbs Item # RM-522. This tow bar has a non-binding design that allows you to release your vehicle at any time, anywhere on even or unlevel ground.
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: For the Sport/Titanium models the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit Item # RM-154. For the SEL model the Roadmaster Universal Wiring Kit with Smart Diodes for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights Item # RO44FR. For the SE model the Tow Ready Tail Light Isolating Diode System with 4-Pole Connector # TR118821.
Since you'll have to disconnect the battery you can install the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch for Towed Vehicle w/ Supplemental Braking System Item # RM-766 to make it as easy as flipping a switch.
Base Plate: If you have a 2.0L EcoBoost - without Adaptive Cruise Control, 3.5L V6 - without Adaptive Cruise Control,
or Sport models I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms Item # RM-524444-5. If you have the 3.5L V6 - with Adaptive Cruise Control I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms Item # RM-524454-5.
Braking System: Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System - Proportional Item # HM39524. This system is a reoccurring setup but only takes a few minutes and has an included charge line kit to maintain your vehicle's battery while towing.
Safety Cables: Curt Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables with S-Hooks - 42" Long - 5,000lbs - Qty 2 Item # C80151. The coiled design will prevent the cables from dragging on the ground and being damaged.
