CAN THIS AMBER LED LIGHT BE USED AS A FLASHER LIGHT FOR AGRICULTURE EQUIPMENT, OR DO YOU RECOMMEND ANOTHER MODEL?

For an amber agricultural light I recommend # W8260601 which was designed for this purpose. You could add # W002515 to wire it up.
We also have amber flashing warning lights like # SLL43AB1 and # SLL43AB2 that can be wired to flash alternately. You would also need harness # A45PB for each and a grommet to mount them # A45GB. I have included a video review of these lights for you.
The Optronics light # STL51AB you referenced is designed as a parking and turn signal light rather than a flasher/emergency warning light.
