I was looking for SSR-141-47 and the search directed me to SS86MR. The instructions say SSR-141-47, but your ad says SS86MR. Is the SS86MR the same product?

The two parts you mentioned are indeed the same; the SSR-141-47 is the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SS86MR.
The # SS86MR is just the part number we use for these SumoSprings on our site, but they are the 1,500 lb capacity SuomSprings that fit your 2019 Ford Ranger.
We do have the 1,000 lb capacity SumoSprings that fit your '19 Ranger as well, which are the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SS76MR.
