I have a thule tracrac ladder rack installed on my truck. Will a soft tonneau cover still work?

Yes, there are several soft roll up tonneau covers that will work with ladder racks that mount on top of the bed rails, such as Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-011. For a soft cover that fits your 2021 Toyota Tundra with the 8 foot bed, I recommend the Access TonnoSport Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover. If your truck bed has the factory deck rails then go with # A22050259 but if it doesn't have the factory deck rails then instead go with # A22050229.
