Question:
Hi I have a older 2006 Crossroads Zinger TT it has a Shurflo model #2088-422-144 pump now I seen you have a replacement for it , however my does not have the strainer on it currently, is this a option to put on or will I might have to replace my fittings or line someway? Thanks

The replacement for the Shurflo 2088-422-144 is the Lippert Flow Max # LC689052. The Flow Max comes with an optional strainer. If you remove the strainer it will fit right where the Shurflo comes out without any additional fittings or new lines.
A strainer will prevent sediment in the water lines from damaging or clogging the pump, and it only needs to be rinsed out annually in most cases. The installation may require some hose trimming or a common hardware store fitting when adding the strainer. I will email you a user guide in a separate email.
The Lippert Flow Max # LC689052 is a perfect replacement. This pump features the same 45 psi pressure setting and 12V power source as what you have but will use a bit less power (8 amps max power draw) and provide you with a higher flow rate of 3.3 gallons per minute (compared to 2.8 on your Shurflo model).
I have attached a review video below.
