How Far Below The Bed Rails Will The Pace Edwards UltraGroove Powered Tonneau Cover Sit?

Question:
how far below the top of the bedrail is the underside of the cover itself? I need to check how much clearance I will have for carrying a generator in the bed of my truck.

I confirmed with the vendor that the Pace Edwards UltraGroove Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover - Electric # 311-KEFA19A45 would sit roughly 1 to 2 inches below the bed rails.
