I checked with Thule and they do have a roof rack that fits your 2021 Lexus RX 450h; the rack is called the WingBar Evo, and the complete rack system consists of the following parts:

- Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Silver # TH711200 or Black # TH711220

- Evo Flush Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH710601

- Fit Kit for Thule Evo Flush Roof Rack Feet # TH186044

The WingBar Evo rack is super quiet, easy to use, and highly durable. They have specially designed rubber strips atop the bars which direct the air flow over the bars which is why they are so quiet, and have "QuickAccess" strips in their T-slot (top channel), which allows you to mount an accessory. This is something the AeroBlade doesn't have, as using its top channel requires you to cut the strip.

The WingBars also a robust 220 lb capacity compared to the 165 lb capacity of the AeroBlade, so they are more robust. So for a full rack, I do highly recommend going with the WingBar Evo option, and the only other thing you may want is to add locks to the rack in order to protect your investment, which you can do by adding the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400.
