Our Leisure Travel Van has Valterra “pull” for black water tank that has a rusty metal bar just beneath pull. Looks like a new one could be screwed in to replace rusted one. Unsure how to find this precise small “pull” in correct size for our rig. Thank you.

Sounds like you are looking for a Valterra replacement extension rod like the part # T1046-12VP which is for between 6 and 11 inches or the part # TX36HPB which is 36 inches.
