Question:

2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac 4WD. I am planning on purchasing the 474-1. Does the crossbar come with the base plate? The item that seems correct is the replacement crossbar. If this is the first time with the base plate, is there a crossbar other than the replacement? The Sport Trac owners manual states that recreational tow behind a RV is possible with a neutral tow kit Ford part 312z-7h332-aa. Note this part for the Trac is obsolete. Do you carry this kit - Neutral Towing?

The crossbar does not come with the Roadmaster # 474-1 Base Plate Kit. A tow bar that connects with the 474-1 base plates is the Roadmaster # RM-520 "Falcon-2" tow bar which has a cross bar built in.

We do not carry the Ford Neutral Towing Kit and do not believe it is made anymore. I would find a solution for that before other flat tow purchases.
