I do have a possible option for you, but at this time there is not a custom fit front mount trailer hitch receiver confirmed to fit your 2011 Chevrolet Express Van 3500.

Instead the only option would be to have a local fabrication shop install a universal hitch like the Draw-Tite # 41990-07 with 7" mounting brackets or the # 41990-16 with 16" mounting brackets to the frame of your van. Both of these options fit vehicles with frames up to 44" wide so you will need to verify your frame does not exceed this.
