With the TruXedo Lo Pro Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover # TX546901 and elevate rails installed on your 2017 Ram 1500 6-1/2' bed without RamBox, you can certainly install a crossbar setup. I recommend going with the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System # RRVA180B-RRRLT600 as this is a complete system that provides 71" crossbars that have the integrated T-slot channel on top. You can also go with other Rhino-Rack, Thule, or Yakima roof racks as long as they are made to fit into roof tracks.

Another option is to just use the tonneau cover with a ladder rack instead of using the elevate rails. The Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A49FR installs onto the bed rails and is compatible with inside-the-rail bed covers like the Truxedo Lo-Pro. This provides square crossbars that have the integrated T-slot channel on top. I recommend going this route if you do not already have the elevate rails as this would be more economical and I think it looks better.
