Question:
I have a Marshall 605h Model 290-01F regulator on my Coleman camper. Is the Camco 59333 the right replacement regular?

The Marshall 605h Model 290-01F regulator you have is horizontal so the correct replacement is the Camco Horizontal 2-Stage Propane Regulator - 160,000 Btu/Hr Item # CAM59323. You'll want to place the vent down to prevent rain, ice, snow, and other debris from getting into the regulator.
