Question:

what is the distance, once installed, from the bottom of the rocker panel to the bottom of the nerf bar - Im trying see its effect on clearance, and cannot find all the dimensions installed or not, Also, do the bars project beyond the sidewalls of stock tires - Im trying to see which would scrape first if parked against a wall, the tire or the nerf bars.

Per Westin, the distance between the bottom of the rocker panel of your vehicle to the bottom of the nerf bar is 7". The bars will not project beyond the sidewalls of your stock tires.
