Hello My old Sears x cargo box has keys with number 2874 I need to replace the locks and keys for both locks. What part should I purchase ? Thanks Note: the lock on the photo has been painted !

Can you get the lock unlocked? If so you can insert the Thule change key # 853-1251 into the core and then pull the core out all the way and replace it with a new one like the part # THLOCKN166 and then use the new key part # THKEYN166. To install the new lock core you'd just reverse the process described.
The 2874 lock is not available anymore.
