I have a solution for you to add some suspension help on the rear end of your 2019 Ford Ranger, but Roadmaster does not make a rear anti-sway bar for that particular vehicle. Typically the Roadmaster suspension enhancement parts are only available for Class A or Class C RV or heavy vehicle chassis'. However, a really easy to install and helpful suspension enhancement for your Ranger that I recommend is the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SS86MR.
These helper springs will do a great job of helping support your rear end when you're carrying a payload or towing, or just want a little extra help back there. I've linked a review video of these for you to check out, as well.
