Question:
2016 Dodge Grand Caravan suspension. What can I do to maximize my towing experience?

If you're looking to improve your ride quality and reduce the rear-end sag experienced when towing, a set of Coil-Rite air helper springs like # F4169 offered by Firestone would install inside your existing coil springs and would offer additional support. An air helper spring will allow you to adjust the rear suspension according to how much trailer tongue weight or how much cargo in the rear of the vehicle is being applied to the rear suspension of the Grand Caravan.
If you don't yet have a hitch, the Draw-Tite Class III hitch, part # 75579 would be an excellent choice. For a trailer wiring harness, I'd recommend the Curt # C56331. For a ball mount, use part # D-28 along with a
# PC3 hitch pin. For a trailer ball, use # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
I've linked to a demonstration video for the air helper springs as well as to installation videos for the hitch and the trailer wiring harness.
