Can Air Lift Suspension Kit Replace Factory Suspension of 2001 Ford Excursion

Question:
Hi, I purchased a well used 2WD 6.8 V10 2001 Excursion that was used to pull a camper a good bit. The rear leaf springs seem tiredinch and it sits a little low. I am debating replacing the rear leafs or installing an ultimate Air Lift kit. Any comments? Will the air lift bring it back up where it should be factory height? I dont anticipate pulling a heavy trailer or hauling heavy loads other than a few people and luggage.

The Air Lift Load Lifter 5000 part # AL88132 does fit your 2001 Ford Excursion but it is designed to be used with the factory suspension of your vehicle in good working order and not as a stand-alone suspension solution.
Best option is fix the suspension you have now and then decide if you want additional support like with the Air Lift.
