Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2012 Nissan NV 3500

Question:
I have a 2012 Nissan NV3500 that runs continuously at max GVWR. I have killed the factory suspension. What can you recommend to upgrade that suspension? I have already purchased replacement leaf springs and I dont want to turn the new ones flat like the old.
