I am looking for the lowest profile possible for a 2009 F250 Super Duty cab cross bars so I can mount a roof cargo basket. . Can you point me in the right direction.

The Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs - Vortex Aero Crossbars # RR22YR will be a nice low-profile roof rack for your 2009 F250 if it is a Super Cab. If you have Crew Cab then the correct version of this roof rack is # RR54SR. If you happen to have Regular Cab then you cannot fit a cargo rack on your roof and you are limited to a truck bed rack such as Yakima BedRock HD Truck Bed Rack - Aluminum - 300 lbs - 78" Crossbars # Y01160-59.
There are many roof baskets that will work for the crossbar setups mentioned above; the Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket - 47" Long x 35" Wide - 165 lbs # RMCB would be a nice economical option. I attached demonstration videos for you to check out.
