Question:
Can this jack work in tandem and if so does it take 2 of these sample jacks or is each one a separate part and if so what is the other jack part number?

The Pro Series Square Jack, # PS1401010376, can work in tandem with another jack but it was not designed to have a mate that has a pin facing out opposite if # PS1401010376. What you can do is use # PS1400990376, which has the pin at the front. You would need to provide your own connection between the two jacks.
