The ArkPak 715 Portable Power Station w/ 150 Watt Inverter - 120V # AP715US has a 120V outlet (150 watt max) along with a 12V outlet (10 amp) that can be used to power accessories. ArkPak states that you can use these outlets to power a fridge/freezer, although heavy appliances are not recommended as this will drain the battery quickly, and the battery may not be able to safely power high wattage accessories.
Since you are wanting to power a mini fridge, it will likely be fine since it is probably lower wattage, but make sure it doesn't exceed the maximum 150 watts for the 120V outlet. I attached a demonstration video to give you some more insight on this impressive portable power station.
