I have a Sears x cargo sport 20 and the lock does not lock or unlock with the key. I need a replacement lock and key for it. The number on the lock cyclinder is 2854. And the number on the key is 012. Please help

It sounds like you're using the incorrect key. For a 2854 lock on your Thule manufactured Sears X Cargo Sport cargo box, you'll need the # THKEYN2854. Replacement locks are no longer available, so if the lock isn't damaged obtaining the correct key is your best bet.
