Where is the electric brake plug

The factory brake controller connector on the 2017 model Tacoma is located just above the driver's side kick panel, as shown in the linked installation video. In some rare cases, the connector is behind the kick panel by a couple of inches, if you don't see it above the kick panel you might need to remove the panel to access it.
For a Tekonsha Prodigy P2 controller like the # 90885 you'd looked at, you'll need the # 3031-P wiring harness.
The linked video shows an older model Tacoma which used a different wiring harness, but the harness location hasn't changed.
