I have a solution for you, but the MaxxTow Truck Bed Ladder Rack is not compatible with any tonneau covers because of the way it mounts to the truck bed rails. You can mount other ladder racks that attach to the top of the bed rail just as long as your tonneau cover mounts inside the truck bed rails and not on top.

A ladder rack that mounts on top of the truck bed rails is the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack. If you have the 5 foot bed go with # TH43001XT-603; if you have the 6 foot bed go with # TH43001XT-600. This rack has a weight capacity of 1,250lbs and features the T-slot top channel to allow accessories to be easily installed. This is a very popular ladder rack that is compatible with a lot of inside-the-rail tonneau covers.

Keep in mind that you will have better luck with a soft or roll-up tonneau cover, because folding covers like yours can sometimes interfere with the slanting upright arms of the Thule TracRac SR. I attached a demonstration video regarding the Thule TracRac SR Rack.
