Recommended Nuts and Bolts to Install the PackEm Rack for Utility Trailers # PK-6-OP1

Question:
The rack comes without bolts what size bolts are needed to fasten these is it 3/8?

I checked with our contact at Packem and he informed me that they usually recommend using 5/16 x 1-1/2 bolts that are grade 5 or 8 with flat washers and matching lock nuts to instal the Pack Em Rack for Utility Trailer # PK-6-OP1.
