Yes the Original Custom Towing Mirror Slide-On Mirrors, # CTM2300A is a not a confirmed fit for 2006 Ford F-150 STX trim package as they have different OEM mirrors from most trim packages from this generation F-150.
I suggest the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors part # KS3891-2 as they work very well and are one of our most popular options.
