The Draw-Tite # 75270 is a fit for a Honda Odyssey, and wouldn't fit your 2016 Ford Focus hatchback.
We don't publish the torque numbers because they can change over time, but the installation instructions for the hitches mentioned below are linked for you, and each install sheet does clearly list the torque values.
The hitch you need will depend on which sub-model Focus you have. For the RS, I'd recommend the Curt # C11489. For the S ,SE or Titanium model, I'd go with a concealed crossbar hitch like the Curt # C11158. For the ST model, use part # C11431 from Curt.
If you'll be doing some light-duty towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # 118674. For a ball mount, use # C45521 and a # PC2 hitch pin, and for a trailer ball use # A-80 for a 1-7/8 or # A-82 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
