SR7018. We have a 2016 4Runner SR5. Will this rack fit on top of the stock luggage bars? If not, what is the appropriate accessory?

There is a way for you to carry cargo on your 2016 Toyota 4Runner with a factory roof rack, but a roof box actually won't work. The issue is that the crossbars are too low to the roof of the 4Runner, and roof boxes clamp around the bars, but there isn't enough room for them to secure. So what you will need to use is a cargo basket from Yakima:

This cargo basket secures to crossbars with rubber-coated, stainless steel straps which is why it will work for you despite the low clearance from the bars to your 4Runner's roof. Then to secure your gear you can use the Medium Stretch Net for Yakima Roof Cargo Baskets # Y07072.
