Hi, I have an Airstream trailer with 5 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern. Can I just buy this hub if I want to convert my wheel to 6 x 5 1/2 wheels? Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5.2K and 6K E-Z Lube Axles - 12 inch - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased Item # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K

Yes, assuming you know that this hub fits your spindle, you can certainly use 6-lug wheels with the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K.
The hub is compatible with 14-1/2 to 16-1/2 inch wheels, which will fit so long as they have the same 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. For example, the Aluminum Lynx Trailer Wheel # LHSL311, Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel # AM20539.
