Helpful Expert Reply:
The Dexter E-Z Flex kit # K71-656-00 works with axles that are up to 6,000 pounds, so as long as your axles have a capacity of 6,000 pounds or less, this would be a great option. From what I could find, the dry weight of a 2008 Keystone Fusion 362 is a little over 12,000 pounds so you should be good.
