I have another option for you, but at this time Dexter does not make a surge brake actuator like the Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator - Drum Brakes - 2" Ball - Zinc Plated - 7,500 lbs # 099-175-00 you were looking at with a lunette ring for a pintle hook hitch.
Instead I recommend the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator - Drum - Lunette Ring - Bolt On - 8,000 lbs # T4093200 which has a slightly higher trailer rating at 8000lbs, is designed for drum brakes, and includes a lunette ring for a pintle hook hitch.
