We have great options for tonneau covers and ladder racks that can fit together on your 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 6-1/2 foot bed. You'll need to go with a tonneau that fits between the bed rails like the BAK Revolver part # BAK39121.
Then you could use a ladder rack that attaches to the top of the bed rails like the Adarac Pro Series # A24FR for a fixed ladder rack or for a sliding ladder rack the Thule # TH43002XT-781.
