For your 2013 Ram 1500 with the 6-1/2' bed (no rambox), I recommend the TruXedo Deuce 2 Soft Tonneau Cover - Hinged - Roll Up - Vinyl # TX746901. This is a popular and high-quality soft cover that is still compatible with your ladder rack since they install in different spots of the bed rail. It rolls up from the tailgate, but also allows you to fold the front section away from the cab to gain access to the that area; this is not common with roll-up covers so that is a very nice touch.
