Question:
Hey etrailer, Im currently looking into the Buyers Products RV Universal Receiver Hitch Item # 3371804060 This would be installed onto the rear of my 05 Palomino Yearling 4100 pop-up trailer to allow me to carry bikes, and at times allow me to pull my 4x6 utility trailer 600lbs with my Bayou Atv 400lbs loaded into it. Would this receiver be capable of handling the weight? Thanks

Expert Reply:
The bumper mounted Buyers Products hitch part # 3371804060 that you referenced would easily have the weight capacity needed to carry a bike rack or tow a 600 lb trailer as it has a 350 lb tongue weight capacity and a 3,500 lb trailer weight capacity. You'd need to verify that the bumper of your RV is rated for this as well though.
