For your 2016 Audi Q3 Quattro I recommend the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # SH94FRT. It also includes the wiring needed to add a 4-Way trailer connection. When not in use you can remove the receiver tube or ball mount for a completely hidden hitch. The hitch is capable of supporting up to 350lbs of tongue weight and 3500lbs towing capacity (be sure to consult the vehicle manual or manufacturer for your exact rating).
