can I mount a Yakima Front loader to a Thule Canyon XT cargo basket?

I have a possible solution for you.

While the Thule Canyon XT Cargo Basket, part # TH859XT, does not allow for other accessories to be mounted to it, we have another basket that will.

It's the Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket, part # Y07138. This cargo basket comes with two round bars attached to the top to allow accessories like the Yakima FrontLoader, part # Y02103, to attach to it. The Canyon XT does not have bars like these, so the OffGrid is your best option.

The OffGrid measures 44" long x 40" wide x 7" tall and features a removable fairing that helps reduce wind noise and drag. I've linked to a video review of this basket along with the FrontLoader for you to look at.
