Westin HDX Winch Mount Grille Guard with Punch Plate - Black Powder Coated Steel # 57-93555 is confirmed to fit your 2018 Ram 2500. The winch mounting tray accommodates most medium-frame winches with a capacity of 8,000 lbs to 12,500 lbs that are no more than 10-1/2" tall.
For a winch that will fit this application I recommend Bulldog Winch Standard Series Off-Road Winch - Synthetic Rope - Hawse Fairlead - 8,000 lbs # BDW10044. This has a 5.2 hp 12V motor and a 100 foot long synthetic rope capable of 8,000lb line pull. The winch is water and weather-resistant to IPL67 specifications.
