So long as your 2016 Honda Pilot has a bare roof I recommend taking a look at the Thule Roof Rack System which uses 60" Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711520, Evo Clamp Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH710501, and Fit Kit # TH79RV.
I also recommend adding the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400 which will lock the roof rack to your vehicle to deter theft.
