Bike Tailgate Pad for 2019 Ram 2500 With RamBox

Question:

Hi I am looking for a bike tailgate pad for a 2019 Ram 2500 with Ram Boxes. I have tried the Yakima but it dose not lay flat due to the tailgate being thicker in the middle. Any ideas
