Replacement U-Bolt For Thule Mountaineer ES Roof Top Ski Carrier

Question:
I am looking for a replacement U bolt for an older Thule ski roof top carrier. Its 90mm center to center. 85mm long. The thread diameter is an M8.

While we do not sell that exact replacement U-bolt for your Thule Mountaineer ES roof carrier, we do have a similar U-bolt that may work CE Smith U-Bolt - Galvanized # CE15283GA. This measures 4-5/16" long, has inner width of 3-1/16", and thread length of 1-1/2". The diameter is 1/2". You can compare this to your U bolt to verify fitment. If it will not work, you can try reaching out to Thule to see if they have any replacement parts for your older Thule ski roof top carrier. I have attached a demonstration video.
