I have a solution for you, but there is not a database that tells us what parts-like faucets and other items are used in 5th wheels, RVs and travel trailers; for this reason you're really going to be able to use whatever fits your personal tastes and matches the same installation method as your existing faucet for the kitchen in your 2018 Heartland Sundance.

With that said, I really like the LaSalle Bristol Utopia # 34427830001BNAF since it's got a pull down sprayer and has a nice, classy look to it. This faucet works in a 3 hole mounting orientation, so you'll want to confirm that your old faucet also installs in that manner.

For a single hole application you can use the LaSalle Bristol Utopia # 34427353891BNAF, which is the same pull down sprayer faucet but just with a different installation method. This faucet is also available in a chrome finish with part # 34427353891CHAF. If you're looking for something a little more economical and less flashy then the Flow Max RV Kitchen Faucet - Single Lever Handle - Stainless Steel # LC719325. This is a stainless steel finish and a single lever handle to control water flow. I've linked some review videos of these for you to have a look at.
