Will this part #PAL8521 work on a 2013 tacoma with backup camera? If so will drill be required to run the wires from the tailgate? Thanks,

The Pop and Lock Tailgate Lock, part # PAL8521, will fit your 2013 Toyota Tacoma with a backup camera. It does not require any drilling for installation. You will use existing holes in the vehicle to run the wiring.
