Will this bike carrier work for 2 electric bikes and two regular bikes

The Swagman # S64FR would work for you if your tires are no wider than 3" and the total weight is under 180 pounds and your vehicle has a 2" hitch receiver.

For something much better featuring heavy-duty construction you should consider the Hollywood Racks # HR1400Z-FB where the tires can be up to 5" wide and total weight of bikes up to 200 pounds. This rack includes locks and anti-rattle handle. You can also tilt this rack down to access the rear of the vehicle.

For best results with any bike rack - load the heaviest bikes closest to your vehicle. If you are at the weight limit consider removing bike batteries while in transit.
