For your 1999 Chevy C/K Series pickup truck with 10" deepdrop bumper you can use the Curt # C13099 with 5000 pound towing capacity, or if you need something beefier you could use the Curt # C15317 with 16,000 pound towing capacity. Both are made in the USA with a 2" receiver and bolt on without any welding. It has a nice gloss black powder coat finish.
