Does bull dog make a collar-lok coupler w/ high profile latch 2 ball that is a BOLT ON?

Due to the heavy duty nature of the Bulldog Collar-Lok Coupler w/ High-Profile Latch - 2" Ball # BD028387 the fits are all weld-on and not bolt on.
