Tailgate Mounted Back Up Camera System With OEM Appearance for 2006 Chevy Silverado

Question:
My question isnt necessarily about an aftermarket product yall sell. Can a tailgate from a 2010 silverado fit on a 2006? If not, would the handle assembly from a 2010 work on a 2006? Im trying to put a backup camera on my truck and want it to look more natural than a standard aftermarket one.

The 2010 and 2006 Chevy Silverado are from different generations and would use different tailgates, so you wouldn't be able to swap the two.
This being said, we do offer a camera system that would look pretty similar to the OEM systems. I'd recommend the Rear Vies Safety Tailgate Handle Back up Camera system, part # RVS-718-TAILGATE. The small camera would mount to your tailgate handle assembly and the monitor is actually a rear view mirror that would replace the existing mirror mounted to the inside of your windshield.
