Performance Tuner For 2017 GMC Sierra Denali 6.2L With 8-Speed Transmission

Question:

I am interested in purchasing a plug and play tuner for my 2017 GMC Sierra Denali, 6.2L with 8 speed trans. I don’t need a tuner that has extra gauge or bs readings. I just want performance, top speed elimination and AFM removal. What do you have that meets those requirements? Thanks.

The Superchips # SU2847 Performance Tuner will give you increased performance in both horsepower and torque and you can delete the Speed Limiter and Rev Limiter, plus remove AFM without an extra gauge added. Of course you gain access to many other settings as well.

While this will allow you to adjust the speed limiter I can't really commend going over the factory setting. This limit is there to ensure safe operation of not only the tires but also the driveshaft and other components on the truck. If something were to go wrong with the truck and it was a result of the tuner or adjustment in the speed limiter then the damages would likely not be covered under the vehicle's warranty.
