The Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar System part # RRVA126B-2, part # RRRLKVA, and part # RR36QJ is a great option for a 2018 Honda Accord.
It has aero crossbars for the best wind resistance and it comes with locks for security. The etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier part # e98878 would then be what I recommend for securing the kayaks.
